Morning Sickness

I've been pretty sick so far during this pregnancy. I know every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. These are just some things that work for me.

I wake up most mornings to a mad dash to the bathroom. Morning sickness is the worst alarm clock ever! The first thing I do after I've calmed myself down is have something warm to drink. Warm water with lemon or Red Raspberry Leaf Tea are my go to's. That usually starts to help settle me down first thing in the morning.

I periodically get nauseous all through out the day. I've found that the best thing I can do is eat little snacks all day. Having a little something in my stomach at all times helps ALOT. I get the most nauseas when I'm super hungry. I know that sounds like a pain to be constantly eating but trust me it's more of a pain to be constantly puking. I try to have lots of little things with me to help. I love Old fashion grandmas style peppermints! Yummy Earth Organic Wild Peppermint Candy Drops are my favorite natural ones! I also love Gem Gem All Natural Chewy Ginger Candy! The lemon are my favorite!

Something you can wear to make you less nauseous are Sea-Band Mama Wristbands. They use acupressure to relieve nausea naturally. They usually start helping right away. They're amazing!

What's your favorite natural nausea relief?
